You may return unopened products (or items containing a reasonable amount of the unused product), in original packaging within 30 days from the date on which the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price.
Only unopened or minimally used items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. Please send us an email to info@solublproducts.com or fill out the form on this page with your first and last name, along with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Tell us which product you would like to return with a brief explanation, and we will get back with you within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition.
Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
Please be advised that usually refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.
